In this novel Veterinarian surgeon Beth Masters was devastated when Dr Alex Norton informed her he could no longer marry her. She next sees him in her clinic clutching a gorgeous stray puppy. Slowly the pair realise they still have feelings for each other but can they resolve and ultimately solve the problems that forced them apart the first time around.
A seasonal festive romance with the obligatory cute animal. A well written novel bit I wasn’t convinced by Alex’s family playing along with his narrative after the wedding was cancelled.
