Review: Gardman Complete Wild Garden Bird Feeding Station Kit with 4 Feeders & Feeding Station Patio Stand

My whole bird feeder station set up is built around Gardman products. I find them good value, easy to put together and easy to clean! I got and reviewed the Kids bird feeding station in 2017 and it has been taken over by the pigeons who regard it as theirs! The blackbirds have staked their claim to the ground bird feeder and the robins, sparrows, blue tits etc have claimed the new feeder station as their own!

The Gardman complete bird feeding kit comes with everything you need to start your feeding system (I replaced the seed and suet feeders with the heavy duty seed feeders and trays as they have a metal hoop which I find easier to hook onto the station). The pole connected together quite easily. As I am short I left one of the lengths out. At its full height it is 225cm.  The kit included a peanut feeder, suet feeder, two seed feeders, bird bath and a seed feeder tray.   I do think there was a bit too much plastic on the feeders which had to be peeled off. The feeding station comes in either a natural or black finish and is made from metal.

I have purchased two patio stands, one for my new feeder station and another for my original. I think these are great as I couldn’t get the piles deep enough into the soil that they didn’t start tilting every so often. The patio stands need patience to assemble! I found it difficult to get the screw correctly into the base so the holder stood straight up. The patio stand also comes with converters as the stations come in different diameters.

I think the birds approve of their new feeders. Station. I enjoy watching them, whilst they enjoy eating!

Review: Gardman Compact Ground Bird Feeder

The Gardman Compact Ground Bird Feeder was a hit with my blackbirds, once I put it on their picnic table. The feeder is made of micro mesh so it is light and easy to clean. The tray stands on little legs so it doesn’t rest in water if it rains. It measures 7x7x1”, the feet give it an extra inch. Even though it’s compact it fits quite a large amount of bird food in it. I just take a few handfuls of suet pellets, nuts and sunflower hearts and fill it once a day. I have noticed that blackbirds have become more regular visitors since I bought this feeder, whilst the others prefer the feeding station feeders.

Review Raemi Pari Ring

Amelia Liana is a well known influencer who has been involved in various successful Jewell collaborations. She has finally launched her own jewellery brand Raemi. Her designs combine and are inspired  her Lebanese and Iranian heritage whilst also ensuring her jewellery is full of sparkling magic. 10% of her profits are donated to Young Woman’s Trust, a charity designed to both empower and encourage young women.

The jewellery is made from either 18 ct gold plate or sterling silver. The first collection was based around the evil eye and comprised of hoops, necklaces and earrings. The second collection is based upon good luck and looks very elegant yet also quirky.

I chose the Pari ring (£69) in 18ct gold plate vermeil with peacock blue and dusky stones. The design is inspired by the evil eye. The ring comprises of several evil eyes, each with a blue or dusky stone in the centre of each eye. The ring can be worn on it own or stacked with others from her collection.

I find the ring comfortable and light to wear. The stones don’t protrude out of the ring- important if you are a glasses wearer who has itchy eyes and has scratched very expensive lenses because she (me) couldn’t be bothered to remove the ring before itching my eye. The ring is eye catching and unusual. The peacock blue stone reminds me of the blue azure sea whilst the dusky stones have a grey smokey hue.

My ring came packaged securely in branded packaging and would make a great gift - just stick a bow on the box and it’s ready to go. I think the next item I will try, when it is back in stock, is the Farrah ear cuff  (£29) in sterling silver.

Review & #Win Couture Kingdom White Gold Plate Winnie the Pooh Balloon Necklace

After a disastrous April - I fell a foot backwards suffered concussion, broke several ribs and had to have my head glued back together then to top it off my precious cat died suddenly. This month’s Instagram competition prize almost makes me smile. Never a fan of Winnie I do, however, find this 14k silver plated Couture Kingdom lariat necklace quite cute, with Winnie floating off holding a red balloon.

This 3D sculpted necklace (£45) is made from 14k white gold plate with a high shine finish which contrasts beautifully with the red crystal encrusted balloon. The necklace measures 45 with a 7cm extender. Winnie and balloon measure 57mm. The tiny disc on the end of the extender has a cute honey pot on one side and an acknowledgement to A. A. Milne and E. H. Shepard.
